Why not dashboards?
Dashboards answer "what happened?" and stop there. The interpretation, the prioritization and the actual call are left to the human — workable with an analyst team, impossible without one. And each platform’s dashboard sees only itself: Meta knows Meta, Stripe knows Stripe. A marketing decision lives across sources, crossed with the company’s own context. No dashboard makes it. See the full comparison.

Why not copilots?
Copilots and AI assistants accelerate tasks — drafts, briefs, summaries. Useful, but their unit of value is the task, and any number they cite may be invented. When each team member prompts their own assistant, decisions fragment and strategy leaks into public models. Assistance is not accountability. A verdict needs computed numbers, stated causes and a confidence level someone can defend in front of a board.
03
Why not AI agents?
Agents execute autonomously — and that is precisely the problem for decisions that move budgets. An agent that edits campaigns without defensible reasoning is a mistake at machine speed. VYRNA is deliberately read-only: it proposes the verdict, with evidence, and a human makes the final call. We believe the decision layer must be governed before the execution layer is automated.
04
Why now?
For twenty years, software could show metrics but not reason about them. Large language models made interpretation automatable — and simultaneously introduced invented numbers, which disqualifies raw chatbots from budget decisions. The category became possible when deterministic computation, genuine AI reasoning and validating guardrails could be combined — exactly as data fragmented, shadow AI spread through teams, and decision volume outgrew analyst support. The capability and the need arrived together.

Why VYRNA?
Because we made the hard choice structural. Every number in a VYRNA verdict traces to an auditable computation — zero figures generated by a language model. Data from your platforms is crossed with your business context: brand, ICP, industry, product maturity, sales motion, stage, objectives, budgets, margins. When the data can’t support a decision, VYRNA refuses and says what to fix first — we believe an honest refusal is worth more than a confident guess. And the final call is always yours: one governed decision layer for the team, one clear view for the CEO.
You make the call. VYRNA makes the case.
