Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect your email and what you tell us in the access request form. We use it to evaluate and respond to your request. We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. Ever.

Who we are

VYRNA is operated by Lilyane Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Our registered address is in Toronto, Ontario.

What we collect

When you submit the access request form on vyrna.ai, we collect:

Your work email address
Your written response to the access request question
The date and time of your submission

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymized usage data through Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). We do not collect IP addresses or personally identifiable analytics data.

Why we collect it

To evaluate and respond to your access request
To contact you about VYRNA early access
To understand how visitors interact with vyrna.ai (analytics only, with consent)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate vyrna.ai:

Resend — email delivery service used to route your form submission to our team. Your data is not stored by Resend beyond delivery.
Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site analytics. Only active if you accept analytics cookies. Data is processed by Google under their privacy terms.
Vercel — hosting infrastructure for vyrna.ai. Vercel may process request logs for operational purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

AI and your data

Your data is never used to train AI models. Not ours. Not any third party's. This applies to everything you share with us — your email, your access request response, and any future data you provide as a VYRNA user. This is a core commitment, not a clause buried in fine print.

How long we keep it

Access request data — retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion
Analytics data — processed by Google Analytics per their retention settings (default: 14 months)
Cookie consent preferences — stored in your browser for 365 days

Your rights

Under Quebec's Law 25 (Loi modernisant des dispositions législatives en matière de protection des renseignements personnels) and Canada's PIPEDA, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time
File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI)

Cookies

We use two types of cookies:

Essential cookies — required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, only active with your explicit consent. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.

Security

vyrna.ai is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, consistent with industry standards for early-stage SaaS products.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as VYRNA evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will notify early access members of material changes by email.
