Who we are

vyrna.ai (the "Website") and the VYRNA service are operated by Lilyane Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada ("VYRNA", "we", "us"). Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@vyrna.ai.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Website, submitting a form, or participating in the VYRNA early access or Design Partner program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Early access and Design Partner program

VYRNA is currently in a pre-launch phase. Access is granted at our discretion, and applications may be declined. Program features, duration, and terms may evolve as the product develops. Specific Design Partner engagements may be governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

Nature of the service — no professional advice

VYRNA provides data analysis, insights, and recommendations generated from your connected data and business context. VYRNA's outputs are informational tools to support your decision-making. They do not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.

You make the final call. VYRNA proposes verdicts; it does not act autonomously on your accounts, and you remain solely responsible for the marketing decisions you make and their outcomes.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information in forms and applications.
Only connect accounts you are authorized to connect.
Use the Website and service in compliance with applicable laws.
Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other customers' data.

Intellectual property

The Website, the VYRNA name, logo, and all related content are the property of Lilyane Technologies Inc. Your data remains yours: you retain all rights to the data you connect and the business information you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

Third-party platforms

Connecting platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Stripe is subject to those platforms' own terms. VYRNA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms and is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Service availability — no warranty

VYRNA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. As a pre-launch product, features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lilyane Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Website or the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under Quebec consumer protection legislation where it applies.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. Data handling upon termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, without depriving consumers of protections granted by mandatory law in their jurisdiction of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as VYRNA evolves. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Material changes may be communicated by email. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
